Dry Lasagne Sheets, Dry pasta, mozarella cheese, tomato sauce jar, bechamel sauce jar, mix veg of choice, garlic, ginger and 2 green chillies crushed, 1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt

Soak 4-6 lasagne sheets in water for a couple of minutes and drain. Mix half jar of tomato sauce with himalayan salt, crushed ginger, garlic and green chillies and line the base of bad boy. Add a layer of sliced carrots and courgettes directly ontop of this. Layer a generous amount of pasta twists to soak up vegetable juices. Add all the other veg except spinach and mushrooms (including layer of cottage cheese if desired, with scattered prawns) . Add sauce intermittently to flavour vegetable and pasta. Finally completely cover all veg with a layer of fresh washed spinach which has been spun dry (so its not wet). Layer with mushrooms. Completely cover all vegetables with pre soaked lasagne sheets, cutting with scissors to shape the pan to seal in all the vegetable juices. Generously cover with thick bechamel sauce and mozarella cheese. 120 click 85 for approx 30 mins. Grill for 10 mins. Serve.
