Recipe : 2 baby chicken cut in half (2 pieces each), 1 lemon juiced, 2 teaspoons tandoori masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon himalayan salt.
Method : mix dry spices into lemon juice to form a marinade. Wash and dry chicken. Cut slashes into breast and thighs – decorative but also helps spices rub into chicken. Rub spices into chicken and preferably leave for a couple of hours.
Heat badboy 230. Water dance. Press chicken into bb to brown and seal in juices. Brown all sides. Reduce heat to 120. Cover and cook for approx 15 mins. Pour juices over chicken. Can either garnish with lemon slices and green chillies and serve. Or : place under grill for about 10 mins and then serve. Enjoy.
